Now that we have done the site inspection, we know exactly how to prepare your property for delivery of your new home. However, prior to delivery, we highly suggest installing a gravel pad for placement of your home. This is installed with a 2% grade to ensure proper drainage.

Once your home is delivered, our set up crew will install the home on a permanent or temporary (tie down) foundation. We stand all inspections with the city or county. If utilities are in place, we will trench and install water, sewer, gas and power. We will also close up the interior drywall seam and install the flooring. After final inspection, your home is move in ready! The keys to your beautiful new home are then handed over.
